Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Marjon pieces.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags still attached.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email: hannah@marjongoods.com

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return or exchange

  • If exchanging, the new size or item you’d prefer

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide the next steps to complete the process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
